massive room, tidy atmosphere, helpful location

The wifi situation is a nightmare!!! The misleading hotel sign added unnecessary confusion!!! Hot water in the shower was a joke!!! Room facilities fell short of expectations!!!

The staff consistently proved to be attentive, promptly addressing any room issues that arose during my stay. The room was surprisingly spacious with multiple plug points and a handy fridge for personal use, eliminating the need for the crafted breakfast option.

The room was big and bright, way more spacious than I expected. It had a mini fridge, which was super handy, and the shower was decent. The pressure could've been stronger though. The decor was modern and clean, which made it feel cozy. it was a comfortable stay, but the bathtub was boarded over, so that was a bit of a letdown.

Recommend it for family with children

The room was a good size and very clean, with good wardrobe space which helped keep our stuff organized. The underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise, made the evenings comfy which is essential when you're a family.

It wasn’t affordable by any means, but the value we got was still acceptable.

I had the most delightful time during my stay! The layout feels so secure and cozy, and the location is super convenient, just a hop away from the DLR station and a great Tesco. Exceptional staff made my stay memorable

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond when I misplaced my driver's license. The location was perfect with easy access to transport and dining options, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. One thing that could be improved is the external noise, but it wasn't too disruptive during my stay.

The stay was primarily for participating in the London marathon, which made the location very convenient just a short walk away from the DLR station. The room I had was decent but did not meet my expectations as it had a shared bathroom, which was a concern given the number of rooms on the floor. I appreciated the friendly staff, but it was disappointing to find out that breakfast was not available as advertised, leaving me to find food elsewhere before my race. the location and the atmosphere of the area were the highlights of my stay.

The location was fantastic! Directly opposite the tube made getting around so easy. Though the shared bathroom was a bit of a letdown with cold showers. a great value!
